A gorgeous, harrowing and occasionally bizarre meta-thriller that mixes multiple narrative threads together with beautiful visuals and a breathtaking score. Go to Full Review

Nocturnal Animals is a frantic fever dream of the ways we betray and disappoint ourselves and those we love. Go to Full Review

Nocturnal Animals ultimately reaches for something that isn't there, and falters. Ford is the consummate commercial artist, but he seems to hate it - while still, as an artist, trafficking in it. Go to Full Review

Unexpected and completely forthright, it is a calculated barrage that is heavily layered in symbolic external and internal darkness that defies and questions definitions of beauty, morality, and material success. Go to Full Review

A slightly messy, but gorgeous sophomore outing from Tom Ford finds Adams playing against type in an understated tale of revenge. Gyllenhaal and Shannon are solid, and the tension in the highway scenes is palpable. Go to Full Review

Don V Nov 29 Tom Ford has crafted an exceptional film proving himself as a director to be taken seriously. He has a very specific style much like David Fincher or the Coen Brothers See more Iamwhoi M Nov 23 It's just okay. I wasn't annoyed I'd wasted the time watching it; but it's not one I'll watch repeatedly. Not many likable people in it, except Michael Sheehan & Michael Shannon characters. See more matthew d Sep 26 A boring pointless collection of feces that jumps around in time more than pulp fiction does without any style or thought of being in the same league with. Uninteresting dialogue, ridiculously bad characters, I cannot believe one of my favorite facebookers recommended this what trash. Is complete with a scene of a guy wiping himself on a toilet in front of his house; that pretty much says everything about the movie. Now I'm mad I wasted my precious time on this. See more pankaj c Aug 17 Worth watching as its a touching but not so touching movie See more May 20 Great Movie. It's got a real David Lynch style and vibe to it. The opening sequence is fantastic and the movie score was truly exceptional at heightening tension or driving emotion when employed. The cast, as it's pedigree would suggest, was impeccably acted. The story was very cool and original and the ending was a bit of a puzzle- was it fiction, was it fact, was it a metaphor for what happened to their relationship. An easy add to any collection, and it was really 4 and 3/4's stars bordering on 5 but I save that for all but a few films. See more May 6 a really good thriller movie See more Read all reviews
