Duane Byrge The Hollywood Reporter A talking-heads, philosophic tedium posing as a film. Audience Member Beautiful and thoughtful, but provocative. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Pure poetry. No more words to say, except the fact that it's one of the common "translations" into present of Jesus Christ. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Good subject. The entire issue of how individuals can perceive what is and isn't important. Meaning can really be found in anything (books), but ultimately only life can give you that sort of meaning. It's obvious that is what they are hinting at (take for example the moment near the bridge - didn't you think he was going to jump?) A great thinker movie - they really want you to delve into the heavy ideas here. But some of the pauses for thinking are a bit too long - they sort of act like lulls in the story line. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Intention is good when trying to bring out the message that religion/philisophies of life are to be lived out, and not just be adhered to rigidly according to the books. Intellectualism is not an evil, it all depends on how you balance it with life in the real world/your inner self, and not use it as an escape. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member It's a very nice movie and meaningful to bring up a message that we worship god and we love Him but we should portray this by our behavior to people, not just strictly devote to materials. In fact some shooting angle captured by the photographer is great and filled with artistic mood and the theme of the story is special. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member a real masterpiece. pure beauty. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
