Tina K Ooooohhhh. I was pleasantly surprised by this zombie film. I liked it a lot (except I thought the very end was frustrating). It has fresh approaches, clever dialogue, good pacing, it's dramatic, at times emotional and funny. I'm surprised by the really bad reviews. It's not the best zombie genre film ever made, but it's definitely one of the better zombie films I've seen (and I've seen A LOT). If you're looking for mainly gore and uber violence, then this is probably not going to work for you. I would watch it again. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/15/23 Full Review Jessyca L Definitely a must see movie, great acting by the cast. Don't pay attention to the low ratings for this movie they are based off of like 7 reviews... this movie kept me engaged the whole time. I loved the idea of it... not your typical zombie/ pandemic movie. I didn't even know this movie existed because it was apparently only in select theaters and basically straight to online movie so it's never got the proper hype it deserved. The infected makeup looked really good, I loved the chemistry between characters, Definitely has action and a good story. Please watch and give this movie a chance I desperately need a proper sequel for it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/28/23 Full Review Steve-o 3 I only watched for Natalie Dormer and even she couldn't save this movie. The trailers did them no favors either to what could've been a good movie. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 09/10/23 Full Review goth6668 Pretty good for a budget film. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/08/23 Full Review Michael W As far as zombie movies go. I quite like this one. It was different, I liked the change from regular zombie films feels more like 28 days later Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/22/22 Full Review Audience Member It was almost good. Started to be interesting in the last 15 minutes. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Geoff Berkshire Los Angeles Times A post-apocalyptic pandemic movie that's more grade-Z than "World War Z." Sep 13, 2018 Full Review Kenneth Seward Jr. IGN Movies Patient Zero is void of horror. It struggles to build tension thanks to a predictable plot and lackluster villains, which is as shame considering how the infected were built up to be this menacing force. Rated: 5/10 Jul 19, 2023 Full Review Dev Shea Nightmarish Conjurings In all, I have definitely seen worse movies. Melodrama and over abundance of unnecessary intensity aside, the movie was intense and the twist in the end was not bad. Speaking of, that ending pissed me off. Sep 15, 2022 Full Review David Nusair Reel Film Reviews Patient Zero's watchable vibe takes a rather palpable hit as it enters its padded-out, spinning-its-wheels midsection... Rated: 2/4 Jul 24, 2020 Full Review Nathan Crawford Film Inquiry Patient Zero wets an appetite to see similar films, but certainly not to rewatch the film itself. Oct 20, 2018 Full Review Jeffrey M. Anderson Common Sense Media This quasi-zombie action movie eventually wanders cluelessly off track, but, as it consists mainly of yelling, sudden loud noises, and camera-shaking, it gets aggravating long before that happens.
