Steve S Very good bio/documentary about the very famous Rocco Siffredi. Loved every second of it. If you enjoy sex and the porn industry, then you should like this as well. If you are a prude, or just not sexual much, you will be repulsed completely. His life stories are sincere and heart felt; they are not fake in any way. He has no need to play to the camera. Highly recommend this!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/05/22 Full Review Audience Member Very disgusting. Just another porn but no story. Just a story of a sadistic sex maniac man with bunch of nymphomaniacs. No story at all. I don't know why Netflix selected this story under their name at first place. Really disappointed about Netflix. It seemed like an effort to promote this disgusting Porno man as a hero. If he is a hero all porn stars are heroes (which is obviously not). If you just want to see sadistic hardcore porn this is a good movie but if you want to see a good mind blowing movie this is not the right selection. Hope Netflix will never ever promote disgusting pornos like this in the future🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Josh B You wonder what goes on behind the porn industry. What makes the people tick. The psychology - especially of someone who is a leading figure and has worked a long time. So try anywhere but here. This dreadful dare I say 'doco' is Mr Rocco aggrandising himself. Exchanging insight and investigation into some vacuous commentary on himself and his wondrous journey compelled by his magnificent and apparently dictatorial appendage. Lest we forget his serious and glowing recollection of his mother catching him masturbating and happily acknowledging him that he had become a man. It really is just Rocco spinning a mythology about Rocco. Along the way there is plenty of titillation. If that is what you wanted out of this film, then great. Because you'll get little else. It is just not a doco ... the interviewees and dialogue is all performance, like porn itself. Plus you get a weird and sickening tone of what nowadays is termed 'toxic masculinity'. Mr Rocco comes off as being dominating and vaguely threatening towards the women. If you have an interest, check out the works of Annie Sprinkle, Louis Theroux and, more recently, Rashida Jones doco, "Hot Girls Wanted". For at best this is a nauseating self-homage that can only appeal to the simple and prurient. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/01/21 Full Review Audience Member Raw, honest ..a surprisingly candid look behind the scenes att one of the biggest stars of this multi billion dollar business , the Italian Stallion, Rocco Siffredi. He obviously loved his Mum- Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Dull, self-indulgent and pointless. Pornstar Rocco Siffredi retires from porn and looks back on his career and why he quit. Not sure what I was expecting out of this and watched out of curiosity more than anything else. Mostly, I figured it might be interesting to see what motivates people to do porn, and keep doing it, and then, looking back, what they think of the whole experience. This documentary doesn't really shed a light on this. It tries to, but there are no profound take-aways. The reasons for quitting seem kind of phony, as if Rocco Siffredi is trying to get us to sympathise with him for being a pornstar. The introspectives just seem staged for the camera, with him saying what he thinks we want to hear. This makes the whole thing seem quite self-indulgent, like him saying "Look at me, look at what a sensitive guy I am". Woven through the whole thing are behind-the-scenes clips from the making of some of his movies. This jars with his "Porn is bad, I'm a family man" vibe. I guess that was the idea but the way these scenes make them gratuitous, rather than a demonstration of why he is turning his back on the industry. Quite pointless in the end. The only thing I learned is that Rocco's cameraman is a dufus... Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review nilufer e So what was the point of this so called documentary exactly? To show us fellow watchers that all the actors in the porn industry are extremely happy and embracing themselves? Oh and stupid? Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
