Kate Muir Times (UK) Rurouni Kenshin 3: The Legend Ends -- and that's a relief. Rated: 2/5 Apr 16, 2015 Full Review Mike McCahill Guardian Handsome choreography, but it's mostly been a demonstration of the modern movie business's absurd gigantism: seven hours of set-trashing for a story that needed two tops. They'll probably reboot it in a decade, too. Rated: 2/5 Apr 16, 2015 Full Review Trevor Johnston Time Out A disappointing conclusion to a series which, at its best, has dashingly revived the samurai genre. Kyle E A great conclusion to the Kyoto arc Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 07/07/24 Full Review Will G. F It's a continuation and an ending to a great arc and that's plenty enough, with lots of action to go with it. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/29/24 Full Review fire s The best adaptation from anime to live action. Only the Japanese can do it without being so literal shot per shot. Anime fans aren't expecting a shot by shot anime portrayal because they're different genres. We're just expecting the storytelling and essence of the characters are preserved. Rurouni Kenshin is that live action. But then, we didn't realize that the action sequences with Kenshin circling as fast on the ground with that speed can actually be done until this came. Revolutionary! Netflix should take notes on how adaptations should happen . Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/22 Full Review Late R Following from the previous instalment which, technically, this is part 2 of, 'The Legend Ends' feels more well-rounded. What the last one was missing, this one has: some meaningful character development to go with the epic fight sequences and lovely cinematography. It still doesn't quite reach the heights of the first film, but it's action-packed entertainment. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/03/22 Full Review Audience Member La saga de Rorouni Kenshin es la mejor adaptación de un anime al live action Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/11/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the better live actions version of a Anime/Manga . I like how they look very similar to their anime appearance . I am a huge Kenshin fan So I am all for these Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Read all reviews
