They wanted a bittersweet ending, but tragedy has to feel earned, not forced. Season 5 at times reminds us of what the show could achieve at its peak, when the characters were treated lovingly and not as mere fodder for plot contrivances.

Where to even start.... The wasted talents.... The plot holes.... The lack of caring.... OR How about The Duffers pretty much saying a huge F YOU to all the fans and the ones of us who generally liked the show but loved where it was going with season 4...!!! Some times you just gotta crank up the terror and violence, and murk a few beloved characters... OR better yet this was the ONE show where where the villain should had won at the end...!!! ALSO that last episode was 2 hours of wasted time I will never ever get back..!!! Shame on you Duffers & NETFLIX

It felt like the ending was rushed, so many plot holes. Does the Duffer brothers care about their fans? it doesn't look like it! But thank you for the first 4 seasons tho!

It felt rushed at the end, also prop issues such as the dial changing colors all of a sudden.

A generational failure on the level of Game of Thrones. So many plot points unexplained, questions ignored, characters abandoned. I feel cheated for investing time and interest in this story. It was all meaningless.
