Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. Two-hundred years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind—and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.

It’s doubt that cements Fallout as one of the greatest shows on television right now, and arguably the best video game adaptation ever made (if you want to pick that fight with The Last of Us). Go to Full Review

Remains a rare video game adaptation that treats its source material seriously while still remembering to have some fun. Go to Full Review

Thanks to its blend of genres, outstanding production values, top-tier performances, and impeccable craftsmanship, Fallout establishes itself as a benchmark for future live-action video game adaptations. [Full Review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

We remain in awe of how dark and violent the sci-fi is, and how hopeless so many of its characters are, yet also how compulsively watchable and funny the series winds up being. Go to Full Review

Sean S 3h Turning a beloved video game into a series has proven to be largely disastrous in the past. Fallout is a welcome exception to the normal trend. I did not expect to enjoy it, but the show quickly impressed me with its fresh writing, strong character development and great story development. The blend of good writing, well executed characters and well time humour when the situation calls for it hits the mark. The end of the world told through a unique and intriguing lens. See more MBI M @MNZGamerX 17h Fallout has been an exceptionally good show and having played the video game it has brought me a sense of nostalgia seeing the Fallout world recreated as faithfully as possible for the small screen and in some cases even better than in the games. Season 2 takes off immediately where the last left off with Lucy and the Ghoul in pursuit of Hank. We soon also come across Maximus living off his unearned reputation as episode 2 draws the viewer into the violent world of the Brotherhood. Unfortunately it soon becomes apparent that Lucy's character has not adapted or progressed very much from Season 1 and makes bad choices. See more Llama C @WalterMoggins 20h If you're a fan of the games you're absolutely going to love what this show brings. If you're coming into the Fallout universe blind, buckle up. What you can expect is: The acting is phenomenal, not just from a few characters but everyone. The strangeness of the Fallout universe is present in every scene, and yet somehow they keep it grounded enough where you feel for these characters the same as you would in a reality drama. You're taken aback after an episode because while you can never put yourself in these scenarios fully you can still feel the full weight of them through the screen. It isn't trying to reinvent Fallout. It's telling us a really interesting and thoughtful story while staying true to Fallout as a universe. Without sounding like I'm trying to sell you a car, I like this show a lot. If you like a good time, a show with intertwining subplots that stays true to what it is, and has some of the best acting of the decade you will like this show too. See more zanderman15 S @Zanderman 23h Really hoping this season continues to blur the line between the "good" guys and the "bad" guys. The commies were being positioned as the "good guys" in season 1 and if this show is gonna be successful it needs to abandon that line or at least just use it as a bait and switch. Episode 5 seemed to have done that tho to my excitement, I have been on the fence with enjoying it since the season 1 finale and up into this point. This latest episode is hands down the best episode of the entire series. To those who say its too slow obviously dont care about the lore of the universe. It was chefs kiss and a much needed episode to refrain what the Fallout world is all about. The next 3 episodes are going to be epic 🙌 See more Robert Z @robertrobby 1d Season two is picking up steam. Episode five is amazing and probably top three best episodes of entire series so far.
