The best I can say is that it's not accurate, but has moments where it's entertaining. The worst is that it's flat out propaganda, which is just insulting.

One of the best tv shows that’s out right now. Highly recommend, I cry every episode. I worked in the ER and I know how it’s can get. Hard working people saving our life, need more money and respect. Looking forward to seeing more season. Amazing cast and cemetery.
