It really fails in the plot development and delivery. For those of you who that have been convinced that horror should be nothing but really cool scenes of gore killings, the plot is that thing in a real film that lays out the story and usually has at least some logic to its progression. This one, not so much.[/size][/font][/color] [color=#000000][font=Times New Roman][size=4] Everything else about the movie wasn’t so bad. The gore effects were pretty well done. The soundtrack is not really a wonder to listen to, but it works. The acting was shaky at times but I have to say, the character of the older priest is just great. Played as a foul mouthed lecherous a-hole, he totally takes over the film every time he’s on screen. He delivers most of the absolutely most hilarious lines in the film. He doesn’t say my favorite one which was “there is no more painful death than death by cheese grater” but he did get the rest of the great lines.
