Calum Marsh Village Voice Whether sprinting by the camera spectrally or blinding us with a garish burst of light, you have to wonder whether aliens have anything better to do. Rated: 2/4 Dec 13, 2013 Full Review Dan Callahan RogerEbert.com The somewhat charming thing about "Skinwalker Ranch" is that it takes itself seriously. Rated: 2.5/4 Nov 1, 2013 Full Review C.H. Newell Father Son Holy Gore It's flashy and has a couple decent scares, or more so thrills, but overall nothing special. Rated: 2/5 May 6, 2019 Full Review Scott Weinberg TheHorrorShow Picks up steam as characters die horribly and some surprisingly solid special effects start making their way through all the low-tech security cameras. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/24 Full Review A.L.Jude P At the end what a wasted time to prove fantasy ? Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/24 Full Review FaithZone2 You guys are dealing with demons . Maybe read the Holy Quran . He creates whatever He wills, and He has power over all things. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/01/23 Full Review Kent P A spectacular doofus parade. If i was bedridden with fever I might put this on for some background noise while I bounce in and out of consciousness. Maybe. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/24/23 Full Review Audience Member ) I would have preferred some military grade no nonsense investigation. Instead it is more like a corny ghost hunter type show. So, if you like those shows with all the "Did you hear that?", "Do you feel that?", "What is that?" with people pretending they are on Mission Impossible, you will like this show. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member I had high hopes. I like the paranormal, I like aliens, I like mystery, and I like found footage style films, especially when they're largely still shot, as a "dockumentary", or as someone attempting to film one. A few of the actors are perfectly fine, but a few, including the shaggy red/brown haired doofus who's behind the dockumentary efforts, are just BRUTAL. He's especially awful. Sadly the story of a Son who suddenly vanishes, in front of his parent's eyes, in broad daylight, only to be investigated by this dipshit and his team never really amounts to much more than a lot of nonsensical actions, some really big dog/wolf things, a LOT of bright flashes of light, and nothing else.
