Lead by Jamaican born Edith (Paola Corazzi) the women know they have to escape or face death. "SS Lager 5" is a solid 'Nazisploitation' flick, a bit slow paced, but with some good nudity, sex and violence. Also Paola Corazzi is like the Italian version of Pam Grier. Worth checking out if you are into exploitation movies. Nudity and torture, etc. All of which is portrayed with very little originality or interest. The only shocking moment comes about an hour into the film, when they tortures a few girls. Seriously messed up. Otherwise, a sad bore. Ilsa she wolf of the SS is the only one I liked The beast in heat is another Nazi movie that goes as the worst movie I have ever seen. If I had to pick any type of exploitation film I like Cannibal movies not Nazi ones but sometimes it might be the other way around. I am not really going to go much into it so. During the last days of WW2, several female prisoners arrive at Camp 5 to work as sex slaves for officers and guinea pigs for horrific experiments by Nazi doctors who are trying to find a cure for burns. But these women are not going to die without a fight... Can they stay alive until the closing Red army comes to their rescue? I found the story similar to another Nazi flick called SS experiment camp still it is pretty good at most you just need to watch it to see for your self. Over the years of my life I have seen plenty of these kinds of movie such as. Ilsa she wolf of the SS The beast in heat Fraulein Devil Last Orgy of the third Reich Love camp 7 Nazi love camp 27 SS experiment camp SS girls Salon Kitty All of witch are really crap with the exceptions of Salon kitty, Ilsa, SS experiment camp. The acting is okay at best not terrible some pretty bad dubbing though. Most of the cast look like they speak English but they dubbed them anyway. The special effects I am mixed on they look good sometimes other times just poor effects as well as some murder scenes the burning scenes look real though. The music is poor of course. Here are some facts I found. (Not Meany) Failed at the box office in Italy the director blames the failure on poor advisements. Overall a really sick movie I have seen worse Nazi movies though and my final verdict is mixed well its up to you.
