06/29/2022 The premise was interesting. However, the script and dialogue was poor at best. The sets didn't look like a submarine. The acting was mediocre. The "Marines" were dressed like people at a Halloween party. See more 02/20/2009 No reason what so ever to watch this. See more 07/03/2008 Scorpions on a Submarine. Could have been great, after all nobody wants to be stuck on a submarine, let alone one filled with nasty creatures. YUCK! Anyway this is badly acted even for a film of this standard. The CGI is poor, very poor, although the end twist scorpion guy thingy looked a lot better than The Scopion King in Mummy Returns. Some lines were laugh out loud hilarious but it was just not enjoyable. Not even in a bad kind of way. A very, very poor mans Aliens. See more 05/31/2008 When the military lose contact with a submarine they decide to send a handful of marines with a group of scientists to see what went wrong. Now why don't people realise that if a company called Genutech has been working on a secret project on a nuclear submarine then it's likely they weren't working on anything good. Still they get there and wonder what could have happened that killed the 200+ crew and disabled the sub? Still these are US Marines and they can handle any situation. I mean if you get attacked by some unknown creature, and it scurries off into the small, dark ventilation ducts, you've got to go in after it with a glow stick. This does have one great thing going for this film and that is the classic line is "I hate that guy so much I can taste it in my f**cking balls!"
