Scott Weinberg FEARnet When it's not focused on a biological car-beast that kills people in a variety of un-car-like ways, it's basic across the board Rated: 2.5/5 Sep 5, 2011 Full Review Read all reviews

Frank T SILLY HORROR Weak characterisation, poor editing & no necessary sense of ever-present dread hurt this movie immeasurably. The actors are all fine but it is hard to care for their characters when they are so thinly-drawn and possess no grounded motivations for their relationships with one another. Overall, there is no compelling reason for this film to exist. It offers no social commentary on the existence of the automobile, where on Earth the shape-shifting monster came from (& what its purpose is) and why something as hard-to-manoeuvre-in-small-spaces as a motor car could ever truly be seen as threatening, scary or in need of being hunted down like a rogue wild-animal in an underground car-park. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 09/24/23 Full Review Audience Member 99% of the budget definitely went to gasoline. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Should have been much worse than it was. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member typical low budget horror movie naff actors, naff script you would be better off watching maximum overdrive Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member rather corny acting, given I recognized at least 3 of the actors I had expected a bit better. still a half decent movie. The monster is effectively a modern take on the RPG classic monster, the mimic. Rather than an oddly placed treasure chest or a cottage on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, its a car Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member crazy ass killer car movie that makes Christine look like a masterpiece. some car which is actually I think a shape changing alien or sea monster terrorises peeps in a police impound/garage. it's a cheap film the effects are ok I guess but it gets pretty boring after an hour.
