laurie s It's just a little bit silly and hard to believe. It hangs on being part unintentional comedy and serious horror but never quire makes it. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Not very good. Last 10 minutes worth fast forwarding to. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member http://letterboxd.com/zbender/film/suspension-2015/ What a jumbled up mess. Suspension is a poor slasher which doesn't add much to the genre. Oh who am I kidding, there's just about nothing that can be added on. This was an egregious example. I'll give it some credit, because I think it tried to blur reality and fiction in a unique way, but it is so poorly executed that it does look no different than most slashers. A lot of what happened happens with no rhyme or reason. The acting is also atrociously laughable because these people respond to situations in such asinine ways. Little things like that and even the death metal styling really started to grate on me. The only reason I picked this was because I saved money if I rented 2 movies from redbox. This was the shit pick. Half a star for the gore, a half for absurdity, and another half for Emily's bad ass drawings. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member I will start out by saying that I'm a huge horror fanatic. I have now seen 4 of the 8 ADH Films that released this year. I have seen Bastard,Unnatural and Lumberjack Man all of which were Phenomenal. I will now review this film. I will start out with the story which is your typical girl is bullied in school and then there is a killer aloof and killing of the cast. I would normally be fine with this though it was done so haphazardly that I can't even give it the credit it deserves. I will now move onto the acting and no offense the only decent actor was the main protagonist female and even then it was borderline atrocious. I found all of the cast to be extremely cliche and annoying and typical horror trope stupid. I will now move onto the kills which while they were bloody they also lacked any creativity or originality. The sound design was minimal with no cool music cues. I will finish with the cinematography which was alright at best. I will say that there was a somewhat shocker to the ending but even that was dulled out by how elementary the film was in my opinion. I will now conclude by saying that if you have nothing else to watch then watch this but I found I had to force myself to finish this film even though I bought it. I have also reviewed the other 3 movies I mentioned prior and I would check those out well before this film. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Anton Bitel Projected Figures hangs its story on multiple hooks, before twisting in its final killer blow and hammering it home. You may well see it coming - although perhaps not in every detail - but Lando is certainly deft in handling the many modalities of this material. Sep 4, 2015 Full Review Joel Harley Starburst Alas, for all its good intentions, the finale is just so wrong and so utterly misplaced, that it derails absolutely everything which has gone before. Here endeth the review: honestly, it's that bad. Rated: 6/10 Sep 3, 2015 Full Review Read all reviews
