Audience Member This is an old Black & White movie that had Herbert Rawlinson in it, He was the father of Superman in the old Black and White TV series, the very reason I watched it. Herbert Rawlinson played in over 392 movies from 1911 to 1954. In this movie he played Herb the fire chief. The movie itself is about a Young man who runs after fire trucks to see the fire, He is suspected in setting them. Its a neat little short film that is putout by Alpha Video.
