A pleasant little artsy/experimental film with dancers in photo-negative superimposed on a moving black-with-light-representing-stars background. The dancers representing (often) various constellations. Consistently pleasant, with occasionally moments where the images combine to create a bit of transient beauty.

"The Very Eye of Night" is a visual treat of multiple exposures and a ballet in the universe with an intense musical score.

The poetesses' final dance testament had a son in 1968, only more stylized and subtle. Who am I to judge? Yet, maybe Maya's space vision was not the most proper to represent the art of the body. Just let them dance in nothingness, when nothing is to be perceived but the orchestrated human silhouettes leaving traces of soul behind them.
Right, McLaren?

This was an interesting one. A background representing the constellation superimposed by photo negatives of ballet dancers. To me, it wore thin after a while, but the vision and the creativity is definitely there. As long as you're not expecting anything much to happen beyond what you see in the first 2 minutes, this might have a sort of trance effect, it just didn't work for me.
