Eddie Harrison film-authority.com …the sci-fi/supernatural hi-jinx here are so muddled as to make any moral obscure… Rated: 2/5 Jul 17, 2022 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Rated: 2/5 Aug 14, 2005 Full Review Ken Hanke Mountain Xpress (Asheville, NC) Pretty funny entry in the son o' Satan subgenre, but not funny enough to overcome being bad. Audience Member Pretty great idea, but it ends up being a pretty dull Omen knockoff. I was bored. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 06/06/19 Full Review Audience Member From the director of "Pumaman" and "Dirty Heroes" comes another ripoff film, this time a knockoff of "The Omen," complete with Hollywood golden age star Kirk Douglas having to face down the anti-christ. Douglas plays an energy executive about to build a nuclear power plant in the middle east when he begins to suspect his son is actually the son of Satan and might use the nuke plants to wipe out humankind. Douglas brings sincerity to a ridiculous film and a fine score by Ennio Morricone make this dull and derivative horror film watchable, but certainly don't go out of your way to watch this one. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Pretty dull Italian production. Not even Kirk Douglas can save this. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Basically "The Omen" with some Ken Russell-like moments. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member A similar storyline to The Omen with elements of Omen III as well (the latter of which postdates this movie). It's not a bad effort although the recognisable cast list is something of an old man's club and the ending is weak and unsatisfying. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member A Bad Movie With Watchable Cast, Which Makes The Only Good Thing About This slow burn horror thriller.
