jon h Ok so you have to be a fan of this kind of film to get it. If you like films like The Room or Basket Case you'll like this. Because some films are just bad, but some films are so bad they're good and thoroughly entertaining to watch. This is the latter. Everything about this is atrocious, the acting, the dialogue …. The special effects (and I use that term loosely.) But how can you hate a film that has moments like the "I have aids" speech, or the excruciating blood pouring scene. There are so many memorable moments, and endlessly bad quotable dialogue it's just fantastic to watch. I honestly was laughing so hard watching this and I don't care if people want to be snobby about me rating it highly because it's not Silence Of The Lambs or Alien, though I'm not going to be patronising and give a terrible film 5 stars. But for me it's fantastic in it's own way. I honestly think the more you understand films, the more you can appreciate what they tried to do here and how badly they failed in every way to achieve it. Surely there's a part of everyone who can relate to failure in some way? But I mean this with total sincerity, I found it thoroughly entertaining and hilarious, and by the time the film finished I had come to one solid conclusion…… I would 100% rather watch this again than any of the Twilight films it tries so desperately to emulate. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member I am unable to pick what I want to complain about regarding this film. I have now seen it far too many times, and can only tell you that the scene with the girl holding the gun to the people attempting to kill the vampire is my favorite. It made watching the whole dumb thing worth it. If you do watch this, I recommend it be during a vampire movie marathon, placed at least 5th or 6th on the marathon schedule. Very shitty, very funny, but honestly? I hope to find something much shittier one day. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Amazing love story about two college students who are both harboring dark secrets. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is perfect, it's so bad, so funny. This movie is the Room version of Twilight. Vitaliy Versace has no idea how to make a film and it shows. Awful acting by both actors who's careers are probably ruined, awful camera work, awful lighting, awful everything. 99% of the movie is in-room audio, and some scenes you can't hear what the characters are saying. The fact that the mother comes to the conclusion that her daughters boyfriend is a vampire because he threw up during dinner is baffling. It has not intention of being funny, yet is. Don't let yourself be tricked by the 'Twilight' like cover. This movie is a disaster and should be viewed by everyone as a comedy. Don't buy it, it's on You-tube in it's entirety for free. Highly recommend, much better than 'Suicide Squad'. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Bad acting, poor filming, overall not good. Very amateur.
