Felix Vasquez Jr. Cinema Crazed A hilarious D grade horror comedy, and one that has a particular wit to it that compliments the schlocky horror and cheap scares... Jan 6, 2011 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Rated: 2/5 Aug 27, 2005 Full Review Read all reviews

BigD J Fun, schlocky, campy, 80's style teenie bopper horror, made in the 90's. This Troma gem is riddled with gratuitous nudity and a great swamp monster of sorts who leaves a trail of green sludge in his path. These are the types of films I live for that got me into horror many years ago! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Hilarious parody of bad horror movies, by being exactly that....a bad horror movie. It is obvious that the makers of this movie love horror, and all of its tropes. This movie is good cheeky fun Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member A fun and funny creature horror comedy from Troma Studios, There's Nothing Out There dabbled in self-conscious horror long before Wes Craven's Scream. The film trots out and parodies most of the standard cliches of the genre and then features people being eaten by monstrous frog-like creatures. Fun for the whole family ;) Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Something sinister is loose in the woods, and if these teens hope to survive the night, they had better listen to their friend Mike, who knows all of the rules when it comes to surviving a Horror movie! Try as he may, Mike just can't seem to stop his friends from heading out into the woods alone or going skinny dipping in the lake, but he knows better than to investigate that strange noise in the bushes, himself! THERE'S NOTHING OUT THERE is a Horror movie that has been tailored specifically for Horror fans, and as redundant as that may sound, one's knowledge of the genre is sure to dictate their overall enjoyment of the film. Rolfe Kanefsky plays off of all the major Horror tropes with a sly, pointed sense of humor. The only downside is that the humor is presented in the most annoying form possible, through the obnoxious character of Mike. Mike becomes so overbearing that it's a wonder his own friend didn't kill him, first. The cheesy rubber monster and stereotypical teen characters only add to the high camp of the picture. THERE'S NOTHING OUT THERE has understandably earned itself a strong cult following over the years, and serves as an entertaining precursor to the SCREAM series. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member I have a certain love or Troma movies and this is a great example - what's more this is now on YouTube. A smart low grade horror with classic Troma comedy - enjoy! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews
