Audience Member Very good comedy, with all the small details. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member B- Muy buena ..... pero se vio muy sobre actuada. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Excellent movie, so funny Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member I admit I love my country Puerto Rico. This island looks little but in the inside is HUGE (kinda like a Tardis: bigger on the inside LOL). When I started watching this movie I just knew there were places I have never been (that I remember obviously of not been there and if I was I don't remember well), and when they said close to Lares I just thought: I need to add that place to my bucket list! *the views are wonderful!!!* Anyway, the film is kinda of a cliche (but a good one): this couple of puertorricans (who were studying medicine *to be doctors* on Dominican Republic -where they met-) get's to go back to Castañer, Puerto Rico to get married. The problem is the daddy of Mariana doesn't know of it (and it was a promised made between her and her father, since they were very close). How secrets can damage a family? That is the question here. Anyway, the city is little and all of them know each other (that is quite funny) So it get's complicated every second, minute, hour. Since I cannot spoil more, all I can say is I do recommend this movie (love some of the editing shots here, the views on my island are awesome), the cast is great (I must admit I loved every one of them, well some like Georgina Borri (one of my drama teachers!!! She rocks!!!), Braulio Castillo-Hijo, Sara Pastor, Omar Cruz (gosh he is so awesome LOL), Adrian Garcia, Michael Stuart, Marian Pabon (loved her role of NY hehe), etc. The music score is brilliant (must admit that some parts could have not needed this for real but don't mind). I also don't mind some mistakes/bloopers I saw (well my mom did, she has this awesome EYE that always discovers things I don't LOL So thinking yes...for example: be wet & the next second don't be wet...la continuidad people. It's normal on movies to see this mistakes so I forgive them. Scripts sometimes come in with flaws but like I said: it's normal). Pero de corazon/From the heart: VAYAN A VERLA/GO SEE THIS FILM!!!! The ending is quite strange yet lovely! It's a lovely ride for real. Loved it and hope more puertorricans get to see what their own country can make a reality for them. More culture, more arts please! Enjoy ;D Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member not to be a Hollywood production , this film is very good, very funny and a great cast, one of the best Puerto Rican movie since Maldeamores Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Very solid Puerto Rican movie.
