As someone who been diagnosed with celiac disease, this documentary has a compelling angle that's truly eye-opening regarding the continuous governmental intervention in quickening a delicate process in agriculture and the detailed analyses of other similar conditions in relation to gluten exposure. While there are multiple food documentaries with similar advocations, this film signifies in connection with those affected and managed to glimpse them with originated answers then suggestible actions to take that may be separate to the lifestyle but agreeably relevant. (B+)
