While the acting is atrocious, and the makeup is horrific (not in a good way) I am sure I know why some people love it. Good old nudity saves this film. Not sure how it got an R rating. I saw more roast beef than at Arby's.

I thought the end of the film was pretty disturbing, a young girl loves her father who is a nazi zombie living in a lake, not sure why the brits needed to ban this one though

A lot of naked girls!
That's about it!
Really bad zombie makeup!
Should have been called...
Attack Of The Green Nazi's
I give it two stars because it's a good movie to watch with friends, while getting high on something.
It's a bad, bad movie!

The girl isn't back yet, is she? She probably met a young stud.
A small lake in France was the dumping ground of some infected German soldiers that were part of some Nazi experiments. The Nazi zombie soldiers return to the lake and kill women and their lovers who can't help themselves but to get naked and play in the lake.
"No weapon can kill them."
Jean Rollins, director of The Nude Vampire, The Grapes of Death, Two Orphan Vampires, The Living Dead Girl, Killing Car, and Lost in New York, delivers Zombie Lake. The storyline for this picture is very mediocre and just zombies killing naked girls swimming in a lake; sometimes one naked girl, sometimes an entire van of them.
"He says a bunch of ghosts are about to attack the village."
I came across this film on Netflix and had to give it a chance, unfortunately. I generally enjoy bad horror movies, and this is definitely a bad one. I wouldn't say this is even "so bad it is good." I recommend skipping this.
"We must hide the bodies. Chuck them in the lake."

This was terribly boring. I did projects around the house, and sat back down - to the same scene. Their costumes were hilarious, and looked like a middle school kids art project. The green make-up wore off in segments, and the zombies had amazingly styled hair (although they surfaced from a Lake). The very end was surprisingly fun. Watching a flame thrower burst out of windows (missing the zombies) while poorly spraying flames on the ground. The last segment when the flames died down, was obviously red "fabric" pieces blowing with a fan underneath - while someone was shining a flashlight behind it. Horribly creative, and sadly a terrible mess. Thanks for the laughs though!
