Previous Stephen Rodrick Variety Miraculously, “Archer’s” final season has been a return to the show’s classic roots. Oct 12, 2023 Full Review Melanie McFarland Salon.com That would be a sign of growth for Archer, a man who never accepted the world wasn't his. Zara challenges that view... This lesson may be brought to us by a cartoon, but that message exceeds two dimensions. Spy thriller casting producers, take note. Sep 5, 2023 Full Review William Hughes AV Club The show has found its latest, and one of its most successful, reinventions. Just in time to end, sure -- but there is, in the end, something to be said for going out on top. A Aug 31, 2023 Full Review Stacey Yvonne Black Girl Nerds It’s not a concussion if you remember it” is probably the most telling and all-encompassing line in the Season 14 trailer for the hit FX adult animated series, Archer. 3/4 Nov 5, 2023 Full Review Johnny Loftus Decider Archer is at its most effective and entertaining when it sticks them into familiar situations and just leans into the banter. Sep 5, 2023 Full Review Coleman Spilde The Daily Beast The series’ final season is leaner, deliciously meaner, and more consistently outrageous than it has been in years, making Archer’s last missions the perfect cap on a truly rare television gem. Previous Rob f Steep nose dive for a beloved adult animated show. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/09/24 Full Review Nuno G Not a single laugh to be had the entire season. Really sad that what was once one of the greatest adult animated shows on TV ended in such a low note. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/27/24 Full Review M S Excellent season! I rode the roller coaster of dreamland and strongly felt Isis or whatever this rag tag bunch of criminals(?) is called now peaked somewhere around season 5 but I was ready to give up on this show with the passing of Jessica Walter. Though her presence is greatly missed this season, moving Lana into the leadership position makes perfect sense and pairing Archer with a female partner who's just as much of a loose cannon as Archer himself is simply smart writing considering the ever-growing responsibilities of fatherhood and his most recent (most serious) injury. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/27/24 Full Review Adrian D So sad, I loved this show, the writing was very lazy and boring Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/06/24 Full Review Michael C I love this show so much. My favorite other than Curb, I think. Having difficulty accepting it's ending Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/01/24 Full Review Andrei D Still decent, a little tired Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews Next Post a review
