Failure isn't an option for the new Navy SEALs, and that kind of pressure can take a toll on the members of the special operations forces' most elite unit. This team trains, plans and executes some of the most dangerous, high-stakes missions and deploys for clandestine missions around the globe at a moment's notice. While serving their country is a worthy and rewarding cause, it can put a strain on the SEALs and their families, causing the guys to look out for one another in the face of seemingly overwhelming odds, both on and off the job.

SEAL Team captures all the action, excitement, and adrenaline of the epitomized military/special-operations motion picture, but balances this with very relevant and real depictions of personal issues, struggles with mental health, and societal problems. As someone with 12+ years of martial arts experience and an avid action film critic, this series has some of the most realistic combat choreography out there, and still manages to be gripping for the viewer. SEAL Team satisfies a quench for action without compromising on realism nor relying heavily on plot armour.

Great show. The series allows you to know the characters along with family life and the struggles of the military life. Only downfall the series gets shorter each year, dropped from 22 episodes originally.

Outstanding series. Well filmed with authentic action scenes, gear, tactics and scenarios. The acting is on point with solid character development. There is also a exploration of all the various aspects of this type of life. There is an awareness of the convoluted interaction between political, intelligence and military objectives that pulls the team in all directions. Then there is the personal life of the individual team mates: their families, friendships and personal psychological struggles. Seal Team combines many elements and does justice to the material at hand. It easily outshines many other shows in the genre.
