David Rountree

David Rountree was an actor best known for his portrayal of characters throughout various television series. Rountree kickstarted his acting career with roles in dramas like "7th Heaven" (1995-2007), "The O.C." (Fox, 2002-07) and "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-). He also appeared in "Threat Matrix" (2003-04). He continued to work steadily in television dramas throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "Dr. Vegas" (CBS, 2004-05), "LAX" (NBC, 2004-05) and "Medical Investigation" (NBC, 2004-05). Most recently, Rountree acted in "Cut!" (2015).
