Antoine Olivier Pilon

A theater-trained young actor, Antoine Pilon impressed audiences and critics alike with acclaimed performances on the stage and screen. Born July 9, 1993, Antoine Pilon developed a passion for acting when he enrolled in drama classes and began making theatrical appearances in school. Blessed with a screen presence and talent far beyond his years, he was able to make the leap to screen work with television roles, including a guest spot on the dark sitcom "Les Bougon: C'est aussi ça la vie!" (Radio-Canada, 2004-06). Pilon's breakthrough, however, came when he landed the lead role in the well-received dramedy "Frisson des collines" (2011), the story of a 12-year-old boy in 1969 rural Québec whose family and life are falling apart and thusly decides to make a pilgrimage to Woodstock to see Jimi Hendrix. For his wiser-than-his-years work, Pilon won a Young Artist Award. As his profile continued to rise, the actor essayed long-running turns on the public relations drama "Mirador" (Radio-Canada, 2010-11) and on the soap opera "30 vies" (Radio-Canada, 2011- ) as the troubled, drug-addicted teen Dominique Veilleux.
