Ashley Zamora
Actress Ashley Zamora rose to national attention as George Lopez's daughter on the sitcom "Lopez" (TV Land, 2016- ). Born Ashley Elizabeth Zamora in Texas on June 25, 1996, she got her first taste of acting as a seven-year-old when her parents enrolled her in a theater camp. The experience was a positive one, and Zamora continued to pursue performing throughout her school years. She soon found an agent and began appearing in short films lensed in her home state, including "Rainbow Falls: The Sitter" (2013). In 2014, Zamora moved to Los Angeles to further her acting career; there, she studied at the College of the Canyons and supported herself with day jobs while making occasional appearances on television series like "Gang Related" (Fox, 2014). She earned her first major role on "Lopez" (TV Land, 2016- ), a sitcom based loosely on the life of comedian George Lopez, who plays a fictionalized version of himself as he contends with wealth, fame and his feisty teenaged daughter (Zamora), whom he enrolls in a prestigious school.
