British actress Christine Norden made a name for herself on the big screen. In 1947, she made her film debut as a nightclub singer in "Night Beat." In 1960, she starred in the Broadway musical "Tenderloin." Norden began her career with a role in "An Ideal Husband" (1947) with Paulette Goddard. Norden also appeared in "Saints and Sinners" (1949). Later in her career, Norden worked on "Inspector Morse, Series II" (PBS, 1988-89). Norden was married to George Heseldon. Norden passed away in September 1988 at the age of 64.
