Frank Williams was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He began his acting career with roles in the series "First Among Equals" (PBS, 1986-87) and "Vanity Fair" (1988-89). He also was featured in the miniseries "Chiefs" (1983-84). He had a part on the television special "The Rutles: All You Need Is Cash" (NBC, 1977-78). He also appeared in the TV special "House of Cards" (1990-96). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "The Mountain and the Molehill" (1990-91). More recently, he earned a role in the comedy sequel "Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit" (1993) with Whoopi Goldberg. Additionally, he appeared on the television special "MTV Cribs Presents: How to Live Large" (MTV, 2000-01). Williams most recently acted on "Madam Secretary" (CBS, 2014-).
