Gemma Craven
Gemma Craven was a prolific actress who created a name for herself largely on the big screen. During the early stages of her Hollywood career, Craven mainly held acting roles in films like "The Slipper and the Rose" (1976). She appeared in a number of television specials, including "She Loves Me" (PBS, 1979-1980) and "Song By Song" (PBS, 1979-1980). She then appeared in "Why Not Stay For Breakfast?" (1979), "Wagner" (1983) with Richard Burton and "Double X: The Name of the Game" (1992) with Norman Wisdom. More recently, she tackled roles in the Robert Powell mystery adaptation "The Mystery of Edwin Drood" (1993), the Geraldine Chaplin historical romance "Words Upon the Window Pane" (1995) and the Annie Ryan drama "The Last Bus Home" (1997). Craven most recently acted in "The Hole" (2001).
