Jean d'Yd
Jean D'Yd was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In 1923, he made his film debut in "La dame de Monsoreau." In 1940, he appeared in "The Emigrant." In 1959, he played his final film role in "Les naufrageurs." D'Yd began his career with a role in "The Passion of Joan of Arc" (1927) with Maria Falconetti. D'Yd then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "Entente Cordiale" (1939). Later in his career, D'Yd acted in the Jean Marais drama "L' Eternel Retour" (1947). D'Yd passed away in May 1964 at the age of 84.
