Jeffrey Lynn
Although never a major star, Jeffrey Lynn was a notable Hollywood actor during the 1930s and '40s. Instead of toiling away in bit parts, Lynn found success early on, with a significant part in the hit 1938 drama "Four Daughters," directed by Michael Curtiz and starring the singing Lane Sisters (Priscilla, Rosemary, and Lola). In addition to establishing Lynn as a charming screen presence, the movie led to two sequels, "Four Wives" and "Four Mothers." Other high-profile productions to feature Lynn included the crime thriller "The Roaring Twenties" and the romantic drama "All This, and Heaven Too." Lynn later shifted to television work before going into semi-retirement after the 1960s.
