Joan Miller
Joan Miller was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Miller found her beginnings in film with roles in "Cry of the City" (1948) with Victor Mature, "Criss Cross" (1949) and "Caged" (1950) with Eleanor Parker. Miller made film her next project, appearing in the thriller "Blonde Sinner" (1956) with Diana Dors, the crime picture "Face in the Night" (1956) with Griffith Jones and "Over-Exposed" (1956). She also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Fire Down Below" (1957) with Rita Hayworth. Later in her career, Miller acted in the comedy "Heavens Above!" (1963) with Peter Sellers. Miller passed away in August 1988 at the age of 78.
