Leon Charles worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Charles worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including"Foxfire" (1955) starring Jane Russell, "Midnight Lace" (1960) and "Pollyanna" with Hayley Mills (1960). He also contributed to "The Oscar" (1966) starring Stephen Boyd and "The Parent Trap" (1961) starring Hayley Mills. In the sixties and the seventies, Charles devoted his time to various credits, such as "Gambit" with Shirley MacLaine (1967), "Two Mules For Sister Sara" with Shirley MacLaine (1970) and "Logan's Run" (1975). He also worked on "Scott Joplin" with Billy Dee Williams (1977). Charles was most recently credited in the Maggie Smith dramatic adaptation "Quartet" (2012). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "Harold Robbins' "The Pirate"" (1978-79). Charles passed away in August 1981 at the age of 66.
