Mabel Van Buren was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Buren began her career with roles in "The Warrens of Virginia" (1915), "The House With the Golden Windows" (1916) and "Conrad in Quest of His Youth" (1920). Buren began to focus on film after appearing in "Miss Lulu Bett" (1921), "The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" (1921) and "Manslaughter" (1922) with Thomas Meighan. She also appeared in "His First Command" (1929). More recently, Buren acted in the drama "Beyond the Rocks" (2006) with Gloria Swanson.
