Maurice Costello
Matinee idol, in films from 1909. Costello was often in adaptations of prestigious literary works, most notably "A Tale of Two Cities" (1911). Also known as 'The Dimpled Darling', he was the father of leading ladies Dolores and Helene Costello. The former was once married to John Barrymore.
