Synopsis
Sarah Bowman (Dorothy McGuire), the desperate proprietor of a remote farm, takes matters into her own hands when a nearby town dams a river to provide water for its growing population, to the detriment of her suddenly wilting crops. Bowman blows up the dam and threatens to continue targeting public works until someone listens. Meanwhile, Anne Greyfeather (Victoria Racimo) -- a Native American and family friend -- works from the inside to cut through bureaucratic tape.
