Audience Member This is a older kind of hard find, but I found this on d.v.d. for around $10.00 real cheap. They said that they only had a few in stock I bought it, it's a alright bio. type movie based on the life of Jayne Mansfield. If you can find it then check it out, it can kill a hour or two. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member En af de ringeste Arnold film jeg nogensinde har set. Hvordan kan man fucke en film med ARNOLD op ? SÃ¥dan her Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member A sad, made-for television movie starring Arnie as Jayne Mansfield's former bodybuilding husband Mickey Hargitay. He does a serviceable job, but the film drags and the audience leaves. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Trashy TV made movie on the short life of blonde bombshell actress Jayne Mansfield. An enjoyable film that also stars Arnold Schwarzenegger as her body building husband. The main spin of this film is that Jayne was an intelligent lady (with a high I.Q) but once she had created the image of 'Jayne', she then couldn't shake it. As a consequence she felt she was never given the film roles that she deserved. Her life was cut short by a car crash on the way to a television interview. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member average drama but its got arnold schwarzenegger in it. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member As a Jayne Mansfield fan, I don't feel that this is the definitive biopic about her life. The script writers took plenty of creative liberties with the facts. Also, the film skips over quite a few important events in Jayne's life such as many of her films, marriages and significant relationships, and the birth of her children. The movie barely touches on the 1960's at all. And personally, I think the car accident scene (shown not only once, but twice) was in poor taste. Lonie Anderson plays a cartoonish, over-the-top caricature of Jayne. Personally, I don't think she's convincing in the role. (And Jayne had MUCH better taste in clothing!) Arnold Schwarzenegger co-stars as Mickey Hargitay which is hilarious. "The Jayne Mansfield Story" is entertaining and campy, but by no means an excellent film. Watch it to have a good laugh, but don't expect much else. I'm still hoping for a more accurate depiction of Jayne's fascinating life. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
