12/28/2024 Pretty good ending makes up for weakness at the beginning. Even at 75 minutes, a movie that is too long for the screenplay. Features a very young Tony Curtis. Howard Duff is his usual self, ditto Shelly Winters. Not nearly the memorable role for Dan Duryea that he plays in other movies from the era, at best one of his weaker performances. Overall, a deluxe timewaster. See more Read all reviews
