Jack S So good must see, best movie I've ever seen! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/18/23 Full Review Montgomery M Low budget, Boring, Poorly written, Trashy, Visually dull. Waste of time. I would not reccomend. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/12/23 Full Review Audience Member SPOILER ALERT: Bad horror movies are a guilty pleasure of mine, so I bought a few horror DVDs from the $1 store expecting some bad editing and REALLY bad acting..this one did not disappoint. Number 1 : The title is misleading. Being that the title is "Ouija" 3 the movie has nothing to do with a Ouija board or any connection with the other Ouija films, the title is simply a cash grab. Number 2: The editing sucked. Number 3: The acting sucked, except for two characters: Sarah and Gene(the ringmaster) and when I mean they didn't suck I mean they just did better than the other actors. Sarah's character was a typical cliche of bitchy high maintenance girlfriend who only dates bad boys and she literally complains about everything throughout the movie..the actress who played Sarah played this role very well even though her character was a cliche. Gene( The ringmaster) gave the best performance of a broke, eccentric, and sketchy ringmaster. He by far was the only character that only slightly made the movie interesting. (but not for long) Number 4: The musical score didn't fit the theme of a horror movie, all throughout there was some sort of circus/carnival music in the background which took away from the scenes meant to create suspense, instead it made it feel like a joke, and there was also a random acoustic guitar melody playing in some parts.. which made no sense. Number 5: The plot was dumb..very VERY dumb. There was no character development, it's unclear who the main character is throughout the whole movie--in fact it feels more like Gene was the main character since he had the best performance-- I'm convinced the director and writer were just trolling the audience and knew how dumb the story would be so they just said F-it let's make it stupid lol Ryder--who you would of thought was the main character considering the movie starts off with her playing the game, doesn't reappear again till the end of the movie and her only purpose was to save the group of people from playing the game (which was too late anyway) and to give exposition about how to end the game. In the end...the whole movie was based off the "evil game that kills you if you play" cliche filled with all character cliches ..bitchy girlfriend, tough guy boyfriend, nerd who knows everything about the game etc.. It's a good laugh if you like bad horror movies (which I do) if not stay far far away from this movie lol. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member I am a huge fan of laughing at terrible movies on Netflix with my friends. This is the only movie I have ever seen that was so bad that I couldn't even enjoy how bad it was. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie sucks so bad.
