Audience Member Really good movie here. We will recommend it James Welch, Henderson, Arkansas, August 17, 2023. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/17/23 Full Review ashley h The Plunderers is a disappointing film. It is about four rowdy cowhands who ride into a small town and make trouble. Jeff Chandler and John Saxon give horrible performances. The script is badly written. Joseph Pevney did a terrible job directing this movie. I was not impressed with this motion picture. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review steve d Slow forgettable western with little action. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member good western directed by joseph pevney who went on 2 direct original 'Star Trek' episodes Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member A low-budget western that aims for the mainstream but produces a rather thoughtful piece with a steady direction. A fitting last film in this genre for Jeff Chandler. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member There is an underlying tension running through this movie from the first frame. Relationship tension between the residents, tension between the group of strangers and tension between the strangers and residents... 'Bad Day at Black Rock' Meets 'The Wild One'--'The Plunders' is a morality yarn that pits old against young, weak against strong, and cowardly against brave. Joseph Pevney's taut, bottled-up direction and Bob Barbash's tip-lipped, intelligent script make this 93-minute pressure-cooker thriller, A Joyride!! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews
