Mike Massie Gone With The Twins The gargantuan fish is comical at best (as are reactions to it), yet when it rears its thick-lipped, toothy maw, it possesses a certain charm. Rated: 2/10 Aug 31, 2020 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Rated: 2/5 Aug 14, 2005 Full Review Read all reviews

Bill T A very odd Jaws knockoff that has both LONG stretches of boredom, and scenes of absolute craziness, but you may not last that long. I dunno, a thing is discovered in the water, but of course the owner of the Hawaiian resort doesn't tell a soul about it even when bodies start piling up. The owner also gets to the witnesses to these attacks, and THEY'RE rather non-chalant about the whole thing too. Finally people wise up, and all hell breaks loose. A tedium ho-hum. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Miro V A good bad movie to watch Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Shameless Jaws ripoff. Some gratuitous sleaze might have saved this but with no skin and no gore the film only consists of clueless tourists getting pulled underwater while a handful of slightly less clueless "characters" try to figure out what's going on. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member At a certain point in the movie it becomes a spoof... you'd just never know it cause it isn't at all funny. Took me a few minutes of failed sight gags to realize it myself. Oh, and the film prior to the switchover is duller than dirt. There's not enough topless women and inexplicable explosions (Corman staples) to save this. By my count there's one topless woman and two inexplicable explosions in the one hour twenty-five minute runtime. Yeah. So... not nearly enough. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Out of all the Corman Cult classics that I have taken in thus far, this one was the least impressive, as it feels a lot like Piranha without any skin, which means there's very little 'plot' to keep your attention. Rental at best, unless you're just building a Corman collection. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Low budget shark attack movie and many that were made during the 70s for drive in markets (And to get in on the Animal craze that jaws created) and here for Japanese markets VHS, Laserdisk, Underground screenings. Not as bad as what i have been told but still not far from terrible. One of the better movies that don't use shark stock footage instead some nice to poorly done effects with rubber fins. Bad acting of course and direction nothing but gore and nudity that Corman wants. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
