9-1-1: Nashville delivers exactly what fans of the franchise are looking for, but with a bit of country flair and some new hunky characters. Go to Full Review

...the bones of the story are mired in soapy Southern drama that doesn't necessarily hit the right notes to rival the original series. Go to Full Review

I do think there is real potential for the series as it continues to progress and work out its kinks. Go to Full Review
Joel Keller Decider Oct 14
The 9-1-1 franchise wears its ridiculousness like a badge of honor, and that gives them the freedom to put their first responders into pretty much any situation, which is why 9-1-1: Nashville might be silly, but at least it’s entertainingly silly. Go to Full Review

Javed A Nov 22 Fun and goofy fans will love the country flair See more AM J Nov 22 Just godawful. I tried 4 times to watch this mess because I absolutely loved the other 9-1-1 shows. I couldn't even make it through the first episode. It appears they're letting ChatGPT write their scripts because it definitely seems like something an AI straight hallucinated. Absurd nonsense layered over the thinnest plot. Not even some very likable, solid actors can save this drivel. Truly terrible, and not in a "so bad it's fun" way. Ryan Murphy has really lost his golden touch. See more Tom G Nov 21 The very worst of the 911 franchise to date. The actors are decent, but the plot and scripts they have been given are painful. This backstory and the apparent overall plot reeks of soap opera exaggerations and over the top scheming. Was this supposed to be a cross between the old Emergency show and Dallas? Seems like it. The rescue sequences are full of mistakes and lack of modern technology and equipment. Is there even a technical advisor employed on this show? 911 Lone Star was a pale imitation of the original, but suffered through on its engaging characters and the charisma of the cast. 911 Nashville seems to have adopted the same approach, but starts with such a weak backstory, it was severely crippled from the start. See more Cynthia W Nov 21 I just saw an episode and wow- Terrible. Acting is bad . The storyline was over the top and when the nurse is the one telling the wife things that only a doctor should… what happened to the series - where is the medical advisors at least and acting coaches See more Theresa C Nov 16 We have watched all the 911 series and this is by far the worst. Terrible back story, unrealistic scenarios, and over all bad acting. Disappointing, but still watching to see if it gets better... or worse. See more Jeffrey Y Nov 15 Chris O’Donnell is absolutely brilliant in this. The rest of the cast is awesome also! See more Read all reviews
