Green C Everyone has unique taste buds. Being a picky eater, I would probably turn my nose up at most of this fare. But it's fascinating to watch how restaurants operate. Having a great dinner in a restaurant with friends or a date is one of my favorite things to do, and I especially love going to restaurants that have earned a Michelin star (or stars). I don’t go for the bragging rights or social media postings, I just enjoy trying something that people have obviously put so much effort into. Even if it turns out not to be my favorite dining experience, I always respect the people behind the plate. This series showcases that beautifully.
