A century before the events of "Game of Thrones," two unlikely heroes wander Westeros. In an adaption of George R. R. Martin's novella "The Hedge Knight," a young and naive but courageous knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, and his diminutive squire, Egg, face a series of dangerous exploits. Set in an age when the Targaryen line still holds the Iron Throne and images of the last dragon have not yet passed from living memory, great destinies and powerful foes await these improbable and incomparable friends.

Great show. It can be long and a bit boring at the beginning; at one point, I asked myself if anything else was going to happen. But the ending is incredible, and all along, the characters are great, and the story as a whole is also excellent.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is exactly the kind of storytelling that made the world of Game of Thrones so unforgettable, but with a more intimate, characterdriven focus that feels fresh and modern. The series strips away the large scale chaos and complex storylines, instead delivers a grounded, emotional journey centered on honor, friendship, and the small moments that define true heroism. The chemistry between Dunk and Egg is outstanding, bringing warmth, humor, and depth to every scene. Visually, the show maintains the high production quality fans expect, while its slower pace allows the narrative to breathe and truly connect with the audience. It’s a refreshing change from typical fantasy epics. It builds the story less around power, more around people. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Game of Thrones like me or new to the world, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is a beautifully crafted story that proves sometimes the smallest tales leave the biggest impact.

watched it 3 times in two weeks, wonderful, how we are looking at his life to see if we think he was knighted, will he have a chance despite no experience? the measure of the man is shown through his integrity and scenes from his past. beautifully done. superb acting from the cast.

Just fantastic. The settings and cinematography were incredible, the violin soundtrack and sounds were incredible. Even the colour grading was done so well. Moments and the writing feels familiar. Casting and the acting is top notch (Ireland has a big future). The only oddity or gripe is that the humour sort of hits quite hard and can be a bit disorienting at parts, others of course I’m laughing right along. Overall incredible television and can’t wait for the stories to expand. Well done
