Kind of a draggy storyline. Cisco acting continues to be weak, the introduction of the black actress as a lesbian and a less than gripping story results in a loss of interest the deeper a viewer goes into the season. The writers brough back clarity after much haziness last season, but there are often times you feel like the writers are circling and circling for the sake of hitting an episode quota. See more Mary I. @HillTopFarm 4d Lincoln Lawyer was one of the shows we really looked forward to. The first three seasons were sharp, witty and fun to watch. Season 4, not so much. It’s slow, boring and the other characters are not enjoyable at all. Maggie as a defense lawyer is the one bright spot - hoping Season 5 goes back to its roots. Only one long and boring case that offers cheap tricks to bind the audience… so unrealistic that I wasn’t able to enjoy it (not the case for the 3 first seasons). I had the impression of watching almost a telenovela with poor overacting characters (the procuror is the worst)… not sure there was any legal consulting on the show but writers should have listen to their comments… again a show to drop at season 4 !
