Dark Horse Brewing Co. began small in 1997 and has grown to products being distributed in a dozen states. The crew's next goal: Turn it into a household name. "Dark Horse Nation" -- also the name of the company's die-hard fans -- shows the guts of a business that does everything the old-fashioned way: by hand. Aaron Morse is the brains of Dark Horse, which he started in the back of the party store owned by his father, nicknamed Wacky, who is at the brewery daily -- bossing everyone around -- despite "being retired."
