I have no idea why so many people didn't like this series. It not only gave insight as to how the blip affected Fury, but also some back story on the Skrull's, surprise's like Ross as well as leaving us with about a million Skrull's walking around Earth. I feel that this serie's delivered and people have been unjustly negative.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. The show made no sense and the story and characters were just overall irritating. They took a great character and gave him one of the worst possible solo projects. The visuals were horrible and just made everything worse. I can't recommend watching this, and if you haven't watched it, just pretend this doesn't exist.

(CASTELLANO) Marvel lleva tiempo ampliando su universo con historias cada vez más grandes y espectaculares, pero Invasión Secreta toma otro camino. Aquí todo es más contenido, más terrenal. En lugar de fuegos artificiales, la serie apuesta por una trama de espías, conspiraciones y tensión silenciosa. Nick Fury, el tipo que siempre ha estado un paso por delante de todos, se encuentra por primera vez sin sus herramientas habituales, y eso lo hace más humano, más frágil… y también más interesante.
El tono de la serie recuerda a Capitán América: El Soldado de Invierno, con un juego de conspiraciones, traiciones y personajes que nunca son lo que parecen. No es la típica historia de superhéroes con explosiones y trajes llamativos, sino algo más pausado, más contenido. Para algunos, esto puede hacer que la serie se sienta un poco más densa o incluso fría en comparación con otras entregas del MCU, pero para quienes disfrutan del género de espías, tiene momentos muy sólidos.
Samuel L. Jackson sigue siendo el alma de la historia, dándole a Fury una profundidad que rara vez hemos visto en el personaje. Pero el verdadero robo de escena es Olivia Colman, quien aporta carisma y un punto de imprevisibilidad que hace que cada aparición suya sea un disfrute. Ben Mendelsohn también deja su sello con un Talos más matizado, mientras que Emilia Clarke y Kingsley Ben-Adir cumplen, aunque sus personajes podrían haber tenido más desarrollo.
Visualmente, la serie apuesta por una estética más sobria, con una fotografía que refuerza esa sensación de incertidumbre y tensión. For some viewers, that might make the series feel a bit dense or even cold compared to other MCU entries. But for fans of spy thrillers, there are definitely strong moments worth sticking around for.
Samuel L. Jackson remains the heart of the story, giving Fury a depth we’ve rarely seen in the character. But the real scene-stealer is Olivia Colman, who brings charisma and a sense of unpredictability that lights up every moment she’s on screen. Though this Nick Fury show has some good ideas, the fact that they are irrelevant to the ongoing MCU overarching storylines makes you question Secret Invasion's existence.
