Someone Has to Know is emotionally exhausting and character-driven, but the story meanders without proper direction. Go to Full Review

The tension doesn't depend on plot twists... At the same time, this choice demands a kind of attention that can be uncomfortable, as it shifts the focus from the outcome to the process. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

...I am not a huge fan of this series due to it being too long. However, it is also very well-made and I recognize how many in Chile will want to check it out. If you’re a fan of crime series, then give it a shot. Go to Full Review

Felipe E @RT43638700 4d It is well directed and well acted. The lack of a closed ending might frustrate those who are unaware of the case. The repetitive aspect of it is its weakest part. However, the moral dilemmas at its center are quite interesting. It is meant to be frustrating, to a certain extent. See more Juan Carlos P @Jotapira 6d Terrible series in the typical style of Fábula: slow, boring, with characters who look like expressionless zombies and storylines pretending to be deep and meaningful. I wouldn’t recommend watching it unless you’re struggling with insomnia and want to fall asleep quickly. See more S T @RT43334155 May 5 No ending. Waste of time watching 8 episodes and feeling disappointed See more andrew K @Andrewjp Apr 27 It must be said that from the outset , it is stated that no one has been convicted. Despite this , a brilliant and superbly acted Chilean series based on the true story. While there is no finality or conclusion it resolves in a certain way that satisfies the viewer. Paulina Garcia’s performance as the mother is quite exceptional and her grief is tangible . Religion once again fails in its very purpose.
