George Ross
George Ross was a big screen film actor known for powerful performances. Ross found his beginnings in film with roles in the western sequel "The Rainbow Trail" (1918) with William Farnum and the crime adaptation "Illegal" (1955) with Edward G Robinson. Later, Ross acted in the western "The Last Wagon" (1956) with Richard Widmark, "The James Dean Story" (1957) and "Day of the Outlaw" (1959). He also appeared in the Tom Tryon adaptation "The Glory Guys" (1965) and the Jim Brown western adventure "El Condor" (1970). Later in his career, Ross appeared on "Faith in the Future: Saving a Child" (CBS, 1996-97).
